Deleting your data
You can delete your data yourself in the app, or ask me to do it. Either way it is a real deletion, not a hidden flag.
The fastest way: in the app
Sign in and open Your data. You can delete a single site there, or the whole organization with every user in it. Deleting a site also removes its connected Instagram and Facebook accounts and the stored access tokens.
By e-mail
If you cannot sign in, write to me and I will do it for you: info@seonal.eu
- Write from the e-mail address the account uses.
- Say what should be deleted — one site, or the whole account.
- I confirm the deletion by e-mail once it is done.
Data from Instagram and Facebook
Disconnecting an account on the Social accounts screen deletes the stored access token immediately, and I stop reading anything from that profile. You can also remove access on Meta’s side, in Settings → Apps and websites; the connection stops working the moment you do. Posts already published on your profile stay on your profile — they are yours, and I never delete anything there.
What gets deleted
- Sites, articles, topics, audits and their findings.
- Connected Instagram and Facebook accounts, including the encrypted access tokens.
- Users, sessions, API keys and Search Console connections.
Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires — that is an obligation, not a choice.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate. A request by e-mail is handled within 30 days, usually within a few working days. Backups are rotated within 14 days, after which the data is gone from those too.
