1. Who provides the service

The Seonal service at https://seonal.eu is provided by MACET, s.r.o., with its registered office at Nitrianska 32/189, 949 11 Nitra, Company ID 35953781, Tax ID 2022057752, VAT ID SK2022057752. Registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic. Hereinafter the “provider”. The customer is an entrepreneur or an organization that creates an account (hereinafter the “client”).

Contact: info@seonal.eu. The same address applies to complaints and to invoice questions.

2. What the service does

The service goes through the publicly available pages of the client’s website, looks for technical shortcomings on them, proposes concrete fixes, proposes article topics and writes the articles. It uses third-party language models to produce the texts.

The service never changes the client’s website by itself. Fixes reach it exclusively by the client’s website requesting them through the API or through a plugin the client installs. The client is responsible for deployment and its consequences.

3. Account and access

4. Subscription and payments

5. Plan limits

Every plan has a limit on the number of sites, articles per month, users and language-model usage. Once a limit is used up, further actions of that kind do not start until the next period or until the client moves to a higher plan. The client gets an e-mail before it stops them.

6. Content and copyright

7. Availability and liability

8. Termination

The client may cancel the account at any time directly in the app; deleting the organization irreversibly removes all of its sites, articles and data. The provider may terminate the contract with one month’s notice; unused subscription is refunded pro rata.

9. Data protection

The handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Privacy policy

10. Governing law

The contractual relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved primarily by agreement; otherwise the courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the terms

We announce changes to the terms by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. If the client disagrees with a change, they may cancel the subscription without penalty before it takes effect.
